Google Sync with Contacts,Calendar and Email in Sony Ericsson Symbian UIQ

Now is the Sony Ericsson Symbian UIQ user (G900,G700,W960i,P1i and P990i)Please check with your phone is that got any application name Road Sync or Exchange ActiveSync.If don't have you can download the  application at Sony Ericsson Official Website  Exchange Activce Sync G900
I take W960 as guide in this Exchange ActiveSync Setting.

1.Menu-Tools-Exchange ActiveSync

2.Press Next for Setting Up

3.Setup


User Name: (Gmail User Name)
Password: (Gmail Password)
Server Name: m.google.com
Domain: Blank
  • Press Verify 
  • Select - Internet
  • Contect to network - YES
  • Security Infomation - YES
4.Following will PC suite Disable-Next
5.Personal recommand choice the Merge so that it won't delete your own phone Data.
6. Finally Last Press Sync Now
 
If you get a fail Log,please try again in Sync.So now you can get your Emal,Calendar and Contacts with Google Sync.If you don't want active the push mail please goto More-Setting unpick Push Mail 


Google Sync with Contacts,Calendar and Email in Sony Ericsson Phone

I believe many Sony Ericsson User try the Syncml setting by my last post.Now i show the more you can do with your Sony Ericsson Phone and Google Sync.Device Set Up Instructions: Most non-touch Sony Ericsson phones from late 2007 and newer (W508, C510, W595, G705, W705, W715, Z750, W760, T700, C702, T707, Z770, Z780, K850, W890, C901, C902, W902, C903, C905, W910,W960, W980, W995 and others). 






To set up Google Sync using Exchange ActiveSync on a Sony Ericsson phone, follow these steps:
1.Click 'Menu' and open the 'Organizer'.

2.Select 'Synchronization'.
3.Select 'New Account' and choose 'Exchange ActiveSync' as 'Account type'.

4.Enter 'Google' or any name of your choice.
5.On the 'General' tab, enter the following values:
  • Server address: https://m.google.com/
  • Username: Your full Google email address, e.g. jon@gmail.com
  • Password: your Google Account password
  • Domain: leave empty






6.On the 'Applications' tab mark 'Email', ‘Calendar’ and 'Contacts'.

7.Optionally, on the 'Advanced' tab, enter the following settings:
  • Push: ‘On’ or ‘Off’, setting this to ‘On’ will ensure your data is always current, but will consume more battery.
  • Sync. interval:  Only valid for Push ‘Off’. Decides when you want synchronization to happen. A short interval will ensure your data iscurrent, but will consume a little more battery. Select ‘Off’ for manual sync only.
  • Allow Connection: Leave this as 'Home network', unless you also wish to synchronize while roaming internationally.
  • Connection: Leave blank to use your default (working) Internet settings or click on 'Connect using:' and select the Internet access point for your carrier. Leave other settings unchanged and click ‘Back’.
  • Secure Connection: On
  • Leave other settings unchanged.




8.Select 'Save' to save your changes.



9.The phone might then ask you to delete all contacts and calendar entries. Make sure to answer ‘No’ unless you really want to clear the phone.

10.Highlight your new account and press 'Start'.
